Publish & earn
Get verified, go live, and let the marketplace bring you buyers.
1. Getting started
Your account is your shop. Spend ten minutes on your public profile before anything else, because buyers check who is behind a listing. Add a clear photo, a short bio that says where you are local, and the languages you speak.
- Use your real name or a consistent brand. Trust starts here.
- Turn on only the provider types you can deliver well today. Add more later.
- Set your payout account early so nothing blocks your first sale.
2. Building a great plan
A great plan is specific. Travellers pay for the decisions you have already made for them: where to stay, what to skip, the order that actually works. Structure it day by day, and make each day skimmable.
What every strong plan includes
- A day-by-day outline with timing, neighbourhoods, and travel between stops.
- Real budgets in numbers, not "affordable". For example, roughly 640 dollars per week.
- The small local tips: the quiet entrance, the right time, the thing to order.
- A free preview of day one, so buyers can feel the quality before they pay.
Tip. Write the plan you wish you had on your first trip there. Specific beats comprehensive every time.
3. Pricing your work
Price for the value of the decisions, not the number of pages. A tight five-day plan that saves a traveller hours is worth more than a bloated thirty-page document. Use free plans to build trust and reviews, then convert with premium depth.
| Listing | Good for | Typical range | Why it works |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free guide | Building trust & reviews | Free | Gets you discovered and rated |
| Core plan | A focused city or trip | $15 to $35 | Easy yes, high volume |
| Premium plan | Multi-stop or specialist | $35 to $90 | Depth and rarity command more |
| Custom planning | Bespoke, one to one | Quote based | Your time, priced as a service |
Remember the commission is transparent and shown before you publish, so set prices with your take-home in mind. See the payouts page for the full breakdown.
4. Photos that sell
Your cover image decides whether anyone reads the rest. Use a bright, real photo of the place, in a wide ratio, with the subject slightly off centre. Avoid heavy filters and stock-looking shots.
Do
- Shoot in daylight, horizontal, high resolution.
- Show a real, recognisable place from your trip.
- Keep text off the image; the listing handles words.
Avoid
- Blurry phone shots or dark interiors.
- Generic stock images that could be anywhere.
- Heavy filters that misrepresent the place.
5. Listing services
Beyond plans, you can list bookable services. Each has one fulfilment type, and buyers expect different things from each. Be explicit about what is included, the meeting point, duration, group size, and your availability.
| Service | Fulfilment | Buyers expect |
|---|---|---|
| Guiding & tours | Bookable by date | Clear meeting point, duration, language |
| Transport & transfers | Bookable by date | Vehicle, capacity, pickup details |
| Stays & homestays | Accommodation | Photos, amenities, house rules |
| Experiences & food | Bookable by date | What is included, group size |
| Artisan goods | Physical product | Materials, shipping, returns |
6. Verification & trust
Verification is per provider type, so you can be a verified guide while your driver application is still pending. Badges measurably increase bookings. Provide clear documents where asked, keep your details current, and never misrepresent a permit or qualification.
7. Messages & bookings
Speed wins. Buyers often message two or three creators and book the first helpful reply. Answer questions fully, suggest the right option, and confirm details clearly. Keep everything on TOFFEHA so both of you stay protected.
8. Reviews & reputation
Reviews come from real buyers and compound over time. Deliver a little more than you promised, follow up kindly, and a strong rating becomes your best marketing. If a review is tough, respond calmly and fix what you can; future buyers read how you handle it.
9. Getting paid
Connect your payout account once. Earnings clear after the buyer protection window and pay out on a regular schedule. Keep clean records for your own taxes; we provide the order history you need. Full detail lives on the payouts page.
10. Growing your shop
Once your first listing performs, expand deliberately: bundle related plans, add a complementary service, and lean into seasonal demand. Repeat buyers and referrals are where the real income compounds. Turn on a new provider type when you can deliver it as well as your first.
Your first listing is closer than you think.
Open the Studio and let the builder do the heavy lifting. We are one message away if you get stuck.
